The rules for using MacroTrackr and subscribing.

MacroTrackr is a web app for logging meals, reviewing nutrition history, and tracking calorie and macro goals over time.

The product is offered as a practical tracking tool, not as a medical service or a substitute for the advice of a doctor or dietitian.

You must be at least 16 to create an account.

You are responsible for the security of your account and for the accuracy of the information you store in it.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is permanent and cancels any subscription.

You may use MacroTrackr for your own nutrition tracking.

You may not abuse the service, attempt to get around access controls or usage limits, interfere with the app, or use it in a way that harms other users or the platform.

MacroTrackr can be used for free. The free plan includes a few free AI meal analyses, then barcode, search and manual logging.

The Pro subscription gives access to the features described on the subscription page, including a daily allowance of AI analyses.

The price is shown in euros, all taxes included, before payment: currently €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year. Payment is handled by Stripe; MacroTrackr never sees your card number.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), at the same price, until you cancel it.

You can cancel at any time from your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep Pro access until then, and no further renewal is charged. The current period is not refunded pro rata, except when you exercise your right of withdrawal.

If the price changes, you are told at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.

You have 14 days from subscribing to withdraw, without giving a reason. Just write to support@macrotrackr.app with your account email.

You are then refunded in full, with the same payment method, within 14 days of your request, and your subscription is cancelled.

MacroTrackr is provided with reasonable effort, but without a guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Nutrition values, and especially the AI's estimates from a photo or a description, are estimates that can be wrong: that is why the app lets you review and correct them before saving.

Targets and information in the app are for tracking and planning. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment. If you have a health condition, are pregnant or have an eating disorder, talk to a health professional.

MacroTrackr may evolve, add or change features, or be interrupted while the product develops.

These terms may be updated. For a significant change, you are told in the app or by email before it applies.

These terms are governed by French law.

If something goes wrong, write to support@macrotrackr.app first: most situations are easy to sort out. Failing an amicable agreement, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts, including those where you live.
